AN EXCLUSIVE high-rise residential condominium will soon emerge in Quezon City as Anflo Management and Investment Corporation (Anflocor) and DMCI Homes have laid out plans through a joint venture agreement on September 9 for a new project.
The 21-storey condominium building will house a total of 451 residential units complete with necessary amenities and facilities like three parking levels, 24-hour security system, fitness gym, and function rooms.
DMCI Homes’ resort-like ambience trademark will be featured through verdant landscaping and invigorating water features.
Located at 12th Street corner E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue, New Manila, Quezon City, this residential area nestles in a strategic spot where a hospital, a gasoline station, the Quezon City Hall and the main avenues like Edsa and Aurora Blvd are a stone’s throw away.
The 4,764 square meters land is owned by Anflocor, while DMCI Homes will handle the property development and marketing, which project is foreseen to commence towards the end of the first quarter of 2011.
The memorandum of understanding for this project was signed by Don Antonio Floirendo Sr., chair of Anflocor; and Engr. David M. Consunji, chair of D.M. Consunji Inc. last June 24.
It was followed, recently, with the signing of the joint venture agreement by Antonio Floirendo Jr., vice chair of Anflocor; and Alfredo Austria, president of DMCI Homes last September 9.
